What we collect

If you join the 7-Day Reset, we collect your email address, your delivery consent, your optional update preference, and limited campaign information that tells us how you found the Reset. If you send a story, we collect the information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use Reset details to send the seven emails, manage unsubscribes, respond to delivery issues, and, only where you opt in, send occasional Power Within updates. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep Reset delivery records only for as long as they are needed to run the service, handle a request, and meet our legitimate operational obligations. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Hosting and technical data

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type and request logs to keep the site secure, reliable and measured at an aggregate level.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing privacy@agentatlas.uk.
